La Semilla (the seed) is the title of our newsletter.
The Hope of the Harvest is in the Seed, has been an inspirational slogan for us for years. Now in the missions, we are always aware of planting seeds to which the Lord will give growth; the fruit of which we will probably never see.
But being faithful to the Lord does bring the joy of seeing peoples’ lives change and their families come to an order which is ordained by the Holy Spirit to a peace which radiates the Holy Spirit. Hopefully you will catch some of the inspiration and you will be moved to pray for us and maybe to support the effort financially or in other ways. -
Reflections, Testimonies, Mission Needs
La Semilla features reflections which are helpful for all who aspire to live God’s plan for their vocation, especially those who want to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and the teaching of the Catholic Church. Published three times per year, inspiring examples of how The Lord is acting as Good Shepherd and members of the mission are responding practically in their decisions, their relationships and their efforts to bring the Good News to others. Some of our more pressing Mission Needs are enumerated so that partners and people of good will can help in a very concrete effort to proclaim the Lord’s Word and help families and individuals to embrace and be formed by that Living Word.
